In October 2022, Mohamud began volunteering at Istanbul&i, an organization that aims to promote social and cultural activities and support underprivileged individuals in the community. As the Human and Welfare Officer and currently the Orientation Officer in the HR team, Mohamud is responsible for various tasks and responsibilities. In his role as the Human and Welfare Officer, he is in charge of ensuring that the organization provides the necessary support and resources to individuals who are in need. He works closely with other members of the team to provide assistance and support to those who are struggling and helps to organize events and activities that aim to improve the well-being of those in the community. As the Orientation Officer, Mohamud is responsible for welcoming new members to the organization and providing them with the necessary information and resources to get started. He ensures that new members feel comfortable and supported, and helps to integrate them into the organization and its activities.
