Support the Youth4Youth Mentorship Program in Istanbul

Now, we are launching the Youth4Youth Mentorship Program. This program will provide services to refugees between the ages of 18-25 and help them build their academic and professional careers, as well as English and Turkish language skills. We need your help!

Donate Now and Help Keep Istanbul&I’s Doors Open!

The COVID pandemic hit us hard. While we have been able to move most of our programs online, our in-person events are no longer possible, leaving us unable to fundraise at the rate we have in previous years. Without sufficient funding, in the next three months we will have to shut our doors to our community members who rely on our social programs and on the safety our community center provides.

Istanbul&I- Working towards a more inclusive world for all!

We have done so much with so little; but, we know that to move Istanbul&I to the next stage as an organization, we need support for capacity building. Currently, we have one paid staff member overseeing our entire volunteer structure of 250 volunteers and dozens of daily and weekly projects. We know that by hiring a small management staff, we can focus on greater development and training that would serve the community and beneficiaries for years to come. We will invest your donations into an active staff who organize vital capacity building like safeguarding training, onboarding and offboarding processes, and monitoring and evaluation processes. This will make us even more attractive to large scale grants and funding that will help us become a sustainable organization.
